General Rules

  • Settlement and Official Outcome

Xhjili settles every market when an official result is determined by the governing body or by Xhjili’s approved data feed. Bets placed after an official determination may be void. If a match is not completed and an official announcement decides the result, Xhjili may settle the market in line with that announcement within 48 hours of publication.

  • Void, Refunds and Postponed Events

Markets may be voided or refunds issued if an event is abandoned, not resumed within 48 hours, or if the venue changes in a manner that affects the event’s outcome. Bets on markets affected by such changes will be settled in accordance with the specific market terms or refunded where appropriate.

  • Variable Sources and Corrections

Where a market relies on official sources and those sources conflict with live data, Xhjili retains the right to void the affected bets or settle them according to the official outcome. If errors in odds or event details are detected, Xhjili may correct or void affected bets at its discretion.

  • Video Assistant Referee (VAR)

When a VAR decision contradicts the on‑field ruling, bets placed from the time of the incident to the final decision may be voided if the final decision changes the match state. Bets on offers not influenced by the VAR outcome or those described in the market as including the VAR decision stand as settled.

  • Play-or-Pay and Outright Markets

Outright markets remain valid when a listed participant is unable to take part, under a Play-or-Pay framework. Head‑to‑head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets remain valid while some individual markets may be voided as specified in the market terms.

  • Odds Display and Rounding

Odds shown on-screen are formatted with two decimal places. Total aggregate odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, and total potential winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is attributable to the rounding methodology used for on-screen display and calculation.

  • Settlement Window and Corrections

The maximum interval between initial settlement and any subsequent re-settlement due to official corrections is 30 days. If a correction is issued within that window, settlement may be updated accordingly.

Market Formats and Timing

  • Pre‑Match and Live Bets

Supported match formats for standard markets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. Bets on matches with total playing time outside 50 to 90 minutes are void, unless a market description specifies otherwise.

  • Postponements, Revisions and Kickoff Time

If a match is postponed or completed with a revised kickoff time, bets remain valid if the revised start occurs within 48 hours of the original start time; otherwise, unsettled bets may be voided or refunded per market terms.

  • European Handicap (EH) and Draws

The European Handicap is always an integer and eliminates the draw as a standalone outcome. Examples: Home team with -2 handicap loses if the Home fails to win by three goals or more; Draw -2 implies the Home team fails to win by more than two goals; Away with -2 covers Home not winning by more than two goals or losing by one. This framework does not apply to non-integer handicaps such as Asian Handicaps within EH terminology.

Soccer Specific Rules

  • Market Basis and Extra Time

All Soccer match markets are based on the official result at the end of regular time, including stoppage time. Markets may specify inclusion of extra time or penalties; otherwise, they settle on the regular‑time outcome unless the market description states otherwise.

  • First, Last and Anytime Scorer

First/Last/Anytime Scorer markets apply to players who participate in regular time. Own goals are treated per market terms; if a listed scorer does not participate, related bets may be voided. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, applicable markets may continue to settle as described in the market terms.

  • Halftime and Overtime Markets

Halftime bets are void if the match does not reach the half-time mark or if the market conditions render the halftime result invalid. Markets that involve extra time or penalties settle in accordance with the market description. If extra time is not played, relevant markets are settled based on the regular‑time outcome.

  • Venue, Postponements and VAR

Market settlement for altered venues or significant format changes follows the market terms. VAR decisions may affect settlement as described in the VAR rule above.

  • Cards and Other In‑Play Markets

Yellow cards count as one card; red or yellow‑red counts as two. Card-related markets are settled using official 90‑minute statistics; cards issued after full time are not counted.

Horse Racing Rules

  • Double Result Concession

For UK and Irish racing, Double Result settles on the combination of the First Past the Post result and the official result after weigh‑in. If a winner or a placed horse is disqualified after the official result, settlement follows the weighed‑in outcome in a way that favours the bettor where applicable.

  • First Past the Post and Weighed In

The official result is announced after weigh‑in and any steward inquiries or objections. If a winner is subsequently disqualified, settlement uses the weighed‑in result unless the market terms state otherwise.

Baseball, Basketball and Other Sports

Baseball and other sports markets follow sport‑specific settlement rules aligned to official league outcomes. In Baseball, Moneyline markets may be deemed settled when the game reaches the league’s minimum thresholds; otherwise, unsettled markets may be void. Other markets settle on the official results, with adjustments only where the market terms explicitly provide for overtime or extended play.

Outright Markets, Integrity and Compliance

  • Play-or-Pay and Participant Substitution

Outright markets (Winner, Top N, etc.) on participants stand regardless of unavailability, subject to the exclusions described for H2H markets. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets remain valid; markets tied to the individual participant may be voided as specified in the market terms.

  • Monitoring and Fraud Mitigation

Xhjili may void or cancel bets where there is suspected manipulation, collusion, or fraudulent activity. The company may also pause betting or suspend accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.

  • Technical Interruptions

In the event of a system interruption during bet placement, customers should verify the bet status in their history once the system resumes. Xhjili reserves the right to accept or reject bets based on funds availability, price correctness, and risk management considerations.

  • Regulations and Disclosures

All betting activities are subject to applicable regulatory requirements and Xhjili’s internal policies, including responsible gaming measures and data protection standards. Changes to rules are communicated to customers through official channels in a timely manner.
