You must not engage in collusion, the use of automated tools, sharing login details, or any activity that may disrupt fair play or facilitate fraud or money laundering. Xhjili may investigate any suspected illicit activity and may suspend or terminate Accounts and withhold funds as necessary. Reports of suspected criminal activity may be provided to relevant authorities.
Game Rules and Malfunction
All Games Rules apply to the respective games. Outcomes are determined by the software and random number generation. Xhjili does not guarantee outcomes and may suspend or void games in the event of technical errors or Malfunction. Any affected bets or winnings may be reversed in such circumstances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits may be made using approved methods including card schemes, bank transfers, and widely used e wallets. Deposits are subject to verification. Withdrawals require verification of identity and ownership of the payment method. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of 20 in the Account Currency. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days after verification. Xhjili may impose daily, weekly, or monthly limits and may adjust them with notice. Xhjili may suspend or terminate a User’s Account at its sole discretion for reasons including breach of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct. Upon termination, remaining funds will be settled in accordance with due diligence procedures and applicable law, subject to amounts owed. Any outstanding bets may be voided where appropriate. Winnings or bonuses may be withheld to satisfy investigations or regulatory requirements.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
An Account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login. An Account becomes dormant after 24 consecutive months. The User will be notified and provided instructions to reclaim any remaining funds. Reclaiming funds may require verification; funds will be remitted to the last verified payment method where possible. If this is not possible, a bank account in the User’s name may be required for transfers.
Changes to Terms
Xhjili may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated whenever practicable. Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Entire Agreement and Severability

If any provision is found invalid the remaining provisions remain in force. The Company may assign its rights under these Terms without notice; you may not assign your rights without consent.
